9:00AM – 6:00PM September to May,
9:00AM – 5:00PM June to August.

Deposits

The equivalent of 1 nights accommodation will be taken at the time of booking as a confirmation deposit. The deposit is refundable up to 7 days prior to travel. Any balances owing are payable on arrival.  Early departure after check in is non refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings made for stays between December20 – January 31 

Cancellation/Date Change Policy for bookings arriving between December 20th and January 31st only:  This deposit is fully refundable provided cancellation is received no later than 30 days prior to arrival date. Date changes must be made no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Total balance owing, as above in this notice, will remain due on check in if the length of stay is reduced within 30 days of arrival date. 

Boats / Trailers

Space is allowed for one vehicle per cabin / campsite.  If you wish to bring boats or trailers please contact management as we do not have parking available.  A caravan site may need to be booked during peak times, to accommodate the extra boat/trailer. Boat washing is NOT available on site and motors cannot be run within the park grounds.

After Hours Arrivals

If you are arriving after hours a key or park map will be left in the Late Arrivals Box at the reception door. Please just follow all instructions to retrieve your key or map.

Smoking Policy

Our cabins are STRICTLY non-smoking, butt bins are provided outside our cabins. Powered sites must be kept clean of all cigarette debris.

We do not accept TENTS, SOFT FLOOR CAMPER TRAILERS or SWAGS.

WICKED CAMPERS – PLEASE NOTE:  

Graffitied/Painted vans are NOT ACCEPTED at Swansea Holiday Park. 

Bicycles / Skateboards / Wheel Toys

Helmets must be worn at all times if these items are used within the park boundaries.  Care should be taken on all roadways and all signs obeyed.
